Privacy Policy
We maintain a very simple, very strict privacy policy:
we will never sell or transfer your information to anybody, ever.
When you e-mail us, the information you supply us either
directly or indirectly (i.e., your e-mail address) is used solely
for the sake of responding to your e-mail. We do not create a
database of contacts, or save this information in any way, with the
following exception:

Referral-coupon requests are kept until we have confirmed
that your referral has been sent out. This is done in order
to maintain contact with you should you not receive your referral,
a process which can often take two weeks or more. Once
confirmation is received, however, the associated e-mail is
deleted.

Sweepstakes entries are maintained in a database solely for
the purpose of selecting a winner. Once a winner is chosen,
all entries from that promotion period are
deleted; once the promotion is over, the database
itself is deleted.
COOKIES: Your browser offers so-called
"cookies" which -- if you allow their use -- store small amounts of
data on your computer about your visit to any of our sites.
VideoTropic uses cookies only for the following reasons:

To maintain personalization. When you
personalize your home page and coupon list, a cookie is placed on
your machine with your preferences; the next time you visit
VideoTropic, our home page reads that cookie in order to send you
the personalized page that you requested. The cookie does
not contain any personal information, and we do not save or
maintain any database of these cookies or their
values.

To maintain state on our polls. When you
vote in one of our polls, a cookie is placed on your machine in
order to prevent multiple votes for a particular poll.
This is purely for page generation; the cookie does not contain
any personal information, and we do not save or maintain any
database of these cookies or their values.
